FIRE PRECAUTIONS, RISK ASSESSMENT, TRAINING & EVACUATION PLANNING
As with 'general' risk assessments, you are also required to carry out a specific fire risk assessment, provide safety precautions and create a plan of safe evacuation, in the event of a fire or similar emergency.
This falls under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005; which replaced the Fire Precautions Act.
